Eoraptor or Eoraptor lunensis pronounced e-o-rap-tor. Was a small, bipedal, carnivorous dinosaur that lived in the Triassic Period, about 252 million years ago. The eoraptor has been found in Argentina. The name eoraptor means drawn raptor.
The eoraptor weighed around 22 lbs, was around 3 ft long, and around 1 1/2 ft tall. It is one of the smaller dinosaurs of its time period.
Only 3 specimens of the eoraptor have been found. The coelophysis is one of the many dinosaurs that is lesser known to the public.
The eoraptor mostly feeds on smaller animals and was possibly a scavenger. Eoraptor has 22 teeth.
The eoraptor is guessed to be warm blooded. The eoraptor had a top speed of 25 mph. The eoraptor is said to not have feathers unlike other dinosaurs.
The eoraptor is one of the oldest dinosaurs ever found.
